In 2006, she earned her Doctorat in Management Science from HEC Paris in France, showcasing her dedication to advanced studies in her field. Prior to this, in 1999, she completed her DEA in Strategy and Management from HEC and University Paris X, Nanterre, France, demonstrating her early commitment to the field of strategy and management. Dr. Serdyukov’s educational journey also includes an MBA with a specialization in marketing, which she pursued at KIMEP in Kazakhstan from 1994 to 1996, further enriching her knowledge in the business and marketing domains.
