Since entering University, She have always been involved in research. she have always worked on projects serving diabetic, dyslipidemic and hypertensive patients. These projects consisted of providing individualized nutritional care for these patients. In addition, she was a pedagogical supervisor, who guides nutrition students to propose nutritional guidelines and develop eating plans to meet the nutritional needs of these patients. she have developed research projects and guided students in the development of scientific projects. Furthermore, she was always invited to teach classes and participate in course completion work panels. It’s something I enjoy doing and she feel fulfilled. she have a master’s degree and a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition. she have articles and book chapters that have been published.

Experience and Achivements:

Recently, she published a very interesting work on the effect of a garlic supplement on blood pressure in hypertensive patients, it is a clinical trial study developed in master’s degree. This study is very important, as it is a botanical alternative that can contribute to controlling blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Furthermore, the clinical relevance is comparable to traditional first-line medications (hydrochlorothiazide or valsartan). she was very pleased with this publication, a very great record in academic career.
