Prof. Dr. Yusuke Ito, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at Jikei University School of Medicine, Tokyo, and a board-certified otorhinolaryngologist and equilibrium specialist in Japan. His research expertise focuses on balance disorders, particularly perilymphatic fistulas, Ménière’s disease, and vestibular migraine, with advanced application of vestibular function testing and inner ear imaging. Dr. Ito has authored and co-authored at least five peer-reviewed international publications in high-impact journals such as Frontiers in Neurology, Scientific Reports, and Otology & Neurotology Open, contributing to improved diagnostic understanding of vestibular disorders.
