Regarding patient safety, Esraa’s research aims to reduce medical errors, enhance communication among healthcare teams, and promote a culture of safety in healthcare settings. In clinical nursing practices, Esraa’s research interests include evidence-based nursing interventions, best practices in patient care, and the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Teaching Experience:

Esraa Ali has a wealth of teaching experience across various healthcare and academic settings. Her teaching roles have enabled her to impart knowledge and skills to students at different levels, contributing to the development of competent healthcare professionals. From February 2018 to December 2020, Esraa served as a Lecturer at Riyadh International University in Khartoum, Sudan. In this role, she was responsible for teaching medical students in the first level basic clinical skills course. This included instructing on fundamental skills such as handwashing, nasogastric tube insertion, injection techniques, urinary catheterization, wound dressing, and basic life support. Esraa’s teaching encompassed both theoretical and practical aspects of these skills, ensuring that students were proficient in their application. Additionally, from November 2019 to May 2020, Esraa worked as a Lecturer at the Sudanese Canadian College in Khartoum, Sudan. Here, she taught nursing students in the fundamental of nursing course, which covered basic nursing skills. Esraa’s teaching approach included theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations in the lab, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of nursing fundamentals.
