Dr. Rosa M. Garcinuño has been involved in several research projects focusing on food quality, safety, and functionality. One such project is “Estrategias integradas para la mejora de la calidad, la seguridad y la funcionalidad de los alimentos: hacia una alimentación saludable,” part of AVANSECAL II and funded by the Plan Regional de la Comunidad de Madrid. This project, which ran from 2019 to 2022 with a subsidy of 919,000 €, involved 37 researchers from CSIC, UAH, UCM, and UNED, with Dr. Pilar Fernández Hernando as the Principal Researcher at UNED. He have pursued my education with a focus on healthcare and sciences. At Kabul University of Medical Sciences, he working towards a Professional Degree (DMD) in Doctor of Dental Medicine, specializing in Oral Medicine & Health and Oral Surgery.
